  This is a staple in Troy, Mo. The restaurant is in an old church with satined glass windows. And I don't feel like they showcase this beautiful aspect of the restaurant enough. As for as good: Our entrees were delicious. The cheese balls app.not good. I'm also not impressed with the plastic plates,plastic containers our dipping sauce came and the plastic table cloth. Besides that the people were friendly and kind and our server was smiley and eager to please. We'll go back.

  No. In my eyes, this is not a Stefanina's. My son-in-law moved to Moscow Mills and I was excited to introduce him to Stef's Pizza. So instead of stopping at another location on my way there, i decided to go to the Troy location. There's next to nothing the same about their pies. The crust is different (or at least cooked differently) and they skimp on toppings.
  Super disappointing. I would rather stop in O'Fallon and eat it cold than to go to Troy again.
  The building and dining room is nice though.
